The Trade Credit Services Analyst manages commercial credit customers for The Home Depot's Pro Trade Credit program. This role involves establishing credit lines, managing receivables, resolving disputes, and providing customer service. You will analyze customer and sales information to ensure service levels and financial goals are met.

• Manage commercial credit customer accounts and establish credit lines
• Perform collections and resolve customer disputes
• Provide customer service and communicate credit matters
• Underwrite commercial customer credit needs
• Analyze data to mitigate potential losses and ensure adherence to credit policy
