Financial Analyst

Moog is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their aerospace manufacturing team in Mineral Wells, TX. This onsite role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, reporting, cost accounting, and strategic decision-making. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management to analyze financial performance
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Assist with annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range plan processes
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses
• Support manufacturing cost accounting and profitability analysis
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for finance processes
