Head of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

Lead the technical accounting and financial reporting function at FalconX, a crypto market innovator. This role involves ensuring U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance, resolving complex accounting issues for digital assets, and building a robust financial reporting system. You will act as both a technical expert and a hands-on "systems plumber" to bridge trading operations with public-ready financial statements.

• Lead financial reporting evolution during institutional scaling
• Ensure U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance for digital asset products
• Resolve complex accounting issues and build a source of truth
• Draft financial disclosures and MD&A for registration statements
• Optimize global systems and integrate crypto sub-ledgers with NetSuite
• Partner with trading and bizdev to assess accounting impact of new products
