Client Billing Coordinator

Echo Global Logistics is seeking a Client Billing Coordinator to ensure timely submission of client invoices by investigating and resolving billing exceptions. This role involves running reports, identifying root causes of issues, and collaborating with various departments to improve billing processes.

• Investigate and resolve client billing exceptions
• Run reports on client billing status
• Identify root cause of billing exceptions
• Suggest and implement process improvements
• Partner with AR, Cash Applications, and Credit departments
• Basic Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
