Senior Financial Analyst

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with our Advisor Recruiting organization. In this role, you will provide critical financial analysis, modeling, and strategic recommendations to support advisor growth and evaluate recruiting opportunities. You will collaborate closely with recruiting leaders and senior management to drive key business decisions.

• Perform financial modeling and cost-benefit analyses for recruiting opportunities
• Analyze advisor recruiting deals, payout structures, and offer economics
• Partner with leaders to evaluate advisor packages and growth initiatives
• Conduct advisor ramp-up and performance analyses
• Provide financial recommendations and decision support to senior leadership
• Support strategic projects related to recruiting and compensation
