Senior Financial Analyst

Join Visa's Client Incentive Operations team as a Senior Financial Analyst in Bangalore. You will be responsible for interpreting and accounting for client incentive agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and company policies. This role involves managing contractual payments, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and support business objectives.

• Review and interpret client incentive agreements for accurate accounting treatment
• Manage, track, and process contractual payments accurately and on time
• Monitor contract performance, maintain forecasts, and prepare financial reports
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Legal, and regional teams to resolve issues
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of relevant experience
