• Perform monthly financial close process for payroll and benefits
• Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts and investigate variances
• Partner with Payroll, HR, and third-party providers to resolve issues
• Prepare financial schedules for management and external reporting
• Drive efficiencies through continuous improvement and automation
• Support internal controls, SOX compliance, and external audits
