Visual Merchandise Specialist

New Balance is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to enhance the in-store customer experience by executing visual merchandising strategies, product presentation, and marketing within their retail stores. This role involves collaborating on visual updates, training associates, and optimizing product sell-through through strategic display execution.

• Execute visual merchandising directives, planograms, and brand standards
• Adapt and implement seasonal visual elements and marketing
• Develop strategies to optimize product sell-through and sell-down
• Oversee accuracy and placement of all signage
• Lead and execute training for associates on VM practices
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team and submit feedback
