Acounting Specialist (Bilingual in English & Mandarin )

This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. You will collaborate with various teams to resolve discrepancies and contribute to process improvements within the accounts payable function.

• Process vendor invoices and validate information
• Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable ledgers
• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations
• Collaborate with accounting, billing, and operations teams
• Identify and propose improvements for AP processes
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
