Accountant

Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is seeking an Accountant to manage hotel payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments. This role involves maintaining vendor records, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts to support the finance department.

• Process hotel payables, including purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Ensure vendors are paid according to agreed terms and company policies
• Prepare journal entries for accruals and process payments
• Maintain and update approved vendor listing
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Verify and process expense reports and petty cash reimbursements
