Finance Business Analyst

As a Finance Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving finance transformation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements. You will collaborate across Finance, Technology, and external partners to analyze processes, design future states, and ensure successful implementation and transition to business-as-usual operations.

• Engage Finance stakeholders to understand business objectives and pain points
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Assess current-state Finance processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support future-state process design and challenge requests constructively
• Develop UAT scenarios and coordinate user testing
• Analyze recurring Finance system and process issues
