Corporate FP&A Analyst

Greystar is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for the executive team. This role involves preparing consolidated forecasts, annual business plans, and analyzing financial performance against budget to provide key insights. You will collaborate with various teams to synthesize information and maintain financial models.

• Prepare consolidated monthly management reporting package
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial performance
• Assist in preparation of annual business plans and quarterly reforecasts
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business teams
• Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analytics
