Principal Financial Analyst

Medtronic is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic finance partner for clinical research leadership. This on-site role in Plymouth, Minnesota, will provide financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for a portfolio of clinical studies, supporting critical investment and development decisions. The position requires influencing cross-functional teams and driving financial rigor within a global healthcare technology company.

• Partner with VP of Peripheral Vascular Health Clinical Research & Medical Science
• Lead financial planning and reporting for clinical study portfolio
• Maintain and enhance financial models for clinical studies
• Monitor study enrollment and forecast clinical study spending
• Provide financial leadership for external and investigator-sponsored research
• Deliver consolidated reporting and financial insights to leadership
