About this role

Join our Property Accounting Team as a Staff Accountant and play a key role in managing daily accounting functions. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of tenant charges and cash receipts in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

What we are looking for

Prepare tenant charges, aging reports, and cash receipts
Perform balance sheet, bank, and CAM reconciliations
Prepare month-end journal entries and financial statements
Correspond with property managers and review accounts payable
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1-3 years of experience in a high-volume accounting role
