Accountant

Support the Hire To Retire Accounting team by ensuring timely and accurate financial statement balances through monthly close processes, including payroll accounting entries, reconciliations, and year-end audit support. This role involves balance sheet reconciliation, process documentation, and collaborating with various teams to improve efficiency.

• Support monthly financial close processes
• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries
• Perform monthly reconciliations of payroll-related balance sheet accounts
• Liaise with external auditors during year-end audit
• Maintain and update process documentation
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies
