Lead Accountant

Key is seeking a Lead Accountant to join their Corporate Controllership team. This role involves leading complex accounting activities, preparing journal entries and reconciliations, analyzing financial results, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies. You will partner with various departments to improve accounting quality, strengthen controls, and drive process improvements.

• Lead assigned accounting processes including journal entries and reconciliations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Analyze general ledger activity and investigate significant variances
• Serve as a subject matter resource for accounting areas
• Support internal control execution, monitoring, and documentation
• Prepare and coordinate responses to audit requests
