As a Financial Analyst at JLL, you will drive financial excellence within our global commercial real estate platform. This role involves advanced financial modeling, strategic analysis, and collaboration with senior leadership to influence financial strategies and operational efficiency. You will contribute to JLL's mission of reimagining real estate for a better world.

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for portfolio analysis
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including forecasting
• Partner with senior leadership to prepare board and client presentations
• 2-4 years of progressive financial analysis experience
