Accountant

Support the Hire To Retire Accounting team by ensuring accurate financial statement balances during monthly and year-end close processes. This role involves posting journal entries, performing reconciliations, assisting with audits, and collaborating with HR and other finance functions.

• Support monthly financial close processes
• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Liaise with external auditors
• Maintain process documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
