Halma is seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to build and lead a best-in-class accounting function for their growing engineered sensor manufacturer in Houston, Texas. This critical role partners with the CFO and leadership to deliver accurate financial insights, strengthen controls, and establish the infrastructure for global scaling. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, balancing detail-oriented execution with strategic financial leadership.

• Lead monthly and annual close processes with focus on speed and rigor
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support CFO decision-making
• Lead standard costing, inventory valuation, and production variance analysis
• Build and maintain a robust internal control environment aligned with public company standards
