Financial Reporting Analyst - Stock Plan Services

As a Financial Reporting Analyst on the Stock Plan Services team, you will be the primary support for a portfolio of public companies, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for their equity compensation plans. You will process data, develop reports, train clients on our platform, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and implement new client solutions.

• Serve as primary support for 20-25 public company clients regarding financial reporting for equity compensation
• Process and report client financial data according to defined schedules and ad-hoc requests
• Train client contacts on Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and reporting functionalities
• Collaborate with Implementation and Account Management on client data migration
• Partner with Operations and Client Service Managers for full-service administration
• Assist Product and Technology teams with new feature development and testing
