Oversee core accounting functions, including month-end close, financial reporting, and cost accounting for a leading fire truck manufacturer. This role involves leading the accounting team, driving continuous improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis. You will also play a key role in an Oracle ERP system implementation.

- Manage month-end close, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
- Lead cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency analysis
- Support internal/external audits and ERP system implementation
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience, manufacturing preferred
