Finance Specialist 2 LDA

Lead the system-wide annual operating budget and ongoing rolling forecasts for a $2.5 billion healthcare system. You will extract and optimize data from Epic and Workday, manage the deployment of Strata Jazz for financial projections, and ensure fiscal alignment across all facilities and divisions. This role involves team management and strategic financial planning.

• Drive end-to-end development of the annual $2.5B system-wide operating budget
• Design and maintain agile rolling forecast models
• Serve as functional owner for Strata Jazz budget module
• Aggregate clinical and workforce data for volume-driven budget templates
• Analyze monthly budget variances and provide remediation plans
