Financial Operational Data Analyst

SWBC is looking for a Financial Operational Data Analyst to join our corporate accounting team. In this role, you will design and support business processes, build and maintain integrations with Workday Financials, and develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You'll leverage your programming skills in SQL, Python, and Power BI to automate reporting and enhance our financial systems.

• Design and support business development processes
• Build, deploy, and maintain integrations with Workday Financials
• Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Utilize SQL, Python, and Power BI for development and automation
• Perform regression testing on integrations during Workday enhancements
• Track and perform business operations reporting and analytics
