Senior Accountant - Lease Accounting

Fiserv is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage lessor lease accounting in Omaha, NE. This role involves accurate recognition, measurement, and reporting of lease contracts under ASC 842, primarily using SAP and the Odessa lease management platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical lease accounting knowledge, reconciliation skills, and experience with month-end close processes.

• Perform monthly close activities for lessor lease portfolio
• Apply ASC 842 lease classification and measurement
• Maintain and reconcile lease subledger to general ledger
• Administer and validate lease accounting within Odessa
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Drive process and control improvements
