About this role

As a Finance Analyst/Senior Finance Analyst, you will own the end-to-end accounting for complex business areas, ensuring accuracy and control from month-end close through year-end and statutory reporting. You will act as a subject matter expert, lead process improvements for a faster and more robust close, and potentially manage an Assistant Analyst while supporting an offshore team.

What we are looking for

Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for assigned entities/processes
Review journals, accruals, provisions, and complex accounting judgments
Analyze and explain P&L and balance sheet movements to stakeholders
Ensure balance sheet integrity and resolve aged/unexplained items
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for close automation and efficiency
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with strong IFRS and controls knowledge
