Join Morgan Stanley's Finance Shared Services team as an Associate in External Reporting. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting external reports, conducting variance analysis, and driving process improvements to ensure the accuracy and control of the firm's financial statements.

• Prepare, review, and submit external reports monthly and quarterly
• Conduct in-depth analysis of variances and accounting issues
• Drive process efficiencies and continuous improvement efforts
• Execute key reporting controls and pre-submission checks
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc requests
• Monitor regulatory rule changes and support implementation
