Finance Manager - Financial Services

T-Mobile is seeking a Finance Manager to support its Financial Services division. This role involves leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to guide strategic decisions. You will partner with senior leadership and business units to enhance profitability and efficiency while maintaining strong financial controls.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain financial models for business performance evaluation
• Analyze financial results, KPIs, and variances, communicating insights to leadership
• Support profitability and cost management initiatives
• Partner with business leaders for decision support on revenue, expenses, and risk
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages
