Tax, Risk & Special Projects Analyst

UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement seeks a Tax, Risk & Special Projects Analyst to support tax compliance, risk management, and treasury activities. This hybrid role involves collaborating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and contribute to strategic initiatives. You will gain exposure to diverse financial and operational analyses, playing a key role in the organization's growth and mission.

• Assist with federal, state, and local tax compliance and filings
• Conduct tax research for tax-exempt organizations and related matters
• Support insurance and risk management activities, including policy renewals and claims
• Identify, document, monitor, and mitigate organizational risks
• Prepare analyses and reports for tax, compliance, insurance, and risk management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external advisors
