Lead Accountant, Consolidations & Intercompany

Join Trinzic, a newly independent public company, as a Lead Accountant supporting financial consolidations and public company reporting. You will play a key role in the monthly close process, SEC reporting, and maintaining financial controls, partnering with various finance teams and external auditors.

• Support and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and review consolidation activities and intercompany eliminations
• Analyze financial results and prepare management reporting schedules
• Support SEC filings and external reporting requirements
• Assist with SOX compliance and internal control procedures
• Identify opportunities for accounting process improvements
