What we are looking for

Support Private Banking with Bill Pay, Financial Projections, and Capital Call Services
Liaise with Front Office and clients for onboarding and service requests
Act as a subject matter expert for Bill Pay and Capital Call Services
Analyze payments and ensure proper client documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve payment processing issues
Identify and implement workflow enhancements for efficiency
