As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in providing critical insights into business performance through accurate reporting, forecasting, and in-depth analysis. You will support strategic decision-making and drive process efficiencies within a dynamic, remote-first environment.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze key variances
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards for business performance monitoring

• 3+ years experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Experience in large retail or omnichannel organizations
