Financial Analyst - Cost Accounting

As a Financial Analyst specializing in Cost Accounting, you will support Flex's manufacturing sites by managing cost accounting activities, driving cost reduction initiatives, and collaborating with finance teams to improve operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to site profitability through in-depth analysis and process improvement projects.

• Support site cost accounting activities and ensure SOX compliance
• Collaborate with counterparts to resolve issues and implement best practices
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and metrics improvement
• Contribute to month-end finalization and process improvement projects
• Analyze financial data to support operating profit goals
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting with strong MS Office skills
