Accounting Manager

Allegion is seeking an Accounting Manager in Princeton, IL, to provide strategic financial guidance to plant and finance leadership. This role involves overseeing month-end close, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial projects, while also mentoring a finance team and ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX standards.

• Act as primary financial advisor to plant and functional leaders
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive Lean Manufacturing
• Supervise and develop finance staff
• Maintain robust internal control environment compliant with GAAP and FICAP
• Manage full-cycle month-end closing process
• Oversee standard costing system and variance analysis
