Senior Accountant

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Accountant in Austin, TX to manage incentive processing, daily bank activity, reconciliations, month-end close, and audit support. This role requires strong work ethics, detail-orientation, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on cash and operational accounting functions.

• Manage incentive processing, treasury activities, and variance reconciliations
• Code and record bank activity, reconcile bank accounts daily
• Process merchant settlements and assist with month-end close
• Prepare journal entries, provide audit support, and create ad-hoc reports
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables), bank portals, and payment applications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and 8+ years of relevant experience required
