Financial analyst

This role is responsible for providing valuable insights and solutions for specific business units, driving the forecasting process, and supporting policy enhancements. You will perform complex financial analysis, implement new ERP systems for lease accounting, and act as a team or project leader. The position requires guiding business leaders and mentoring junior team members.

• Perform lease accounting, reconciliation & disclosure in compliance to ASC842
• Implement new ERP system for end-to-end lease accounting
• Conduct complex financial analysis and provide analytics
• Drive forecasting process (weekly, monthly, long term)
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects
• Provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level roles
