Manager Income Tax Accounting & Compliance

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) is transforming its Global Tax function and seeking a Manager, Income Tax Accounting & Compliance. This role will execute U.S. and non-U.S. income tax accounting and compliance processes, contributing to accurate and timely tax reporting. You will be involved in ASC 740, tax provisions, return-to-provision analysis, internal controls, and tax return filings.

• Execute U.S./U.S.V.I. and/or non-U.S. income tax accounting and compliance
• Contribute to ASC 740 tax accounting processes
• Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions and return-to-provision analysis
• Ensure internal control effectiveness and audit readiness
• Prepare corporate and timeshare association tax returns
• Assist with tax audits, GAAP-to-tax reconciliations, and technical analyses
