Financial Analyst

Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join the Americas Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will be instrumental in providing financial insights, supporting strategic decisions, and producing high-quality analysis and reporting for the company's strategic business units. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with analytical rigor to drive performance through data-driven insights.

• Own and enhance forecasting and models for strategic business units
• Support financial planning processes, including forecasts and annual operating plans
• Perform variance analysis and ensure consistent financial reporting
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Produce executive-ready reporting and presentations
• Leverage data visualization and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
