Analyst, Client Service (Entry-Level, New York and San Francisco)

ICONIQ is seeking an entry-level Client Service Analyst to join their Family Office Advisory Team. This role supports ultra-high-net-worth clients by assisting with lifestyle management, philanthropy, investment support, financial operations, and wealth planning. You will collaborate with experienced team members and liaise with third-party vendors to ensure seamless client service and project completion.

• Deliver high-touch, proactive service for client relationships
• Assist with financial planning strategies and documentation
• Support third-party vendor relationships and client projects
• Execute operations for client matters including onboarding and maintenance
• Provide private banking support and manage daily cash balances
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity
