About this role
As a Senior Accountant at Bridge Logistics Properties, you will own the financial reporting for your assigned properties and partner closely with asset management and deal teams. This hands-on role offers significant visibility into acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, and provides an opportunity to mentor junior accountants and shape accounting processes. You will report to the VP of Financial Reporting and contribute to a growing logistics real estate platform.
What we are looking for 6
- Prepare full financial statement packages and balance sheet support
- Manage property cash flow and ensure timely critical payments
- Serve as accounting point of contact for acquisitions and dispositions
- Onboard, train, and review work of new accountants
- Assist with internal/external audits and policy/procedure development
- Gain exposure to deal teams and shape scaling processes
