Associate Finance Controller

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking an Associate Finance Controller in Chennai, India, to manage month-end accounting and reporting activities in compliance with IFRS. This role involves journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting auditors and regional projects.

• Perform month-end accounting and reporting activities complying with IFRS
• Pass journal entries for timely book close related to accruals and provisions
• Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation and ensure liabilities are cleared on time
• Deliver necessary management reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and transfer pricing matters
