About this role
Join our Accounting Department as a Staff Accountant, reporting to the Accounting Manager. This hybrid role involves supporting the month-end close process and Accounts Payable activities, with one day per week in our Lake Success, NY office.
What we are looking for
6- Support month-end close process
- Manage Accounts Payable activities
- Record cash collections and perform bank reconciliations
- File and pay sales, use, and personal property taxes
- Assist with corporate credit card program and cash management
- Prepare journal entries and audit support
