Payroll Tax Analyst

As a Payroll Tax Analyst, you will ensure the accurate and timely submission of all payroll tax filings for OneOncology and its affiliates. You will stay current on payroll tax laws and regulations, respond to tax authority notices, and assist with reconciliations and audits. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance and supporting our mission to improve the lives of those affected by cancer.

• Manage federal, state, and local payroll tax filings and payments
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of W-2, W-3, and Form 941
• Investigate and respond to tax authority notices and correspondence
• Complete registrations for new tax jurisdictions
• Reconcile payroll liability accounts and support audits
• Stay current with payroll and tax laws and regulations
