About this role

Afresh is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to own financial planning and analysis, leveraging AI to enhance forecasts and automate processes. This role reports directly to the VP of Strategy & Finance and involves partnering across departments to inform capital allocation and strategic decisions.

What we are looking for

Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Run planning cycles end to end
Analyze actuals against budget and forecast to provide insights
Define and track key performance metrics
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations
Prepare board-quality analysis and presentations
