Senior Finance Analyst

Adient is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their Complete Seat BG in Bratislava. This hybrid role involves analyzing financial data from approximately 22 European production plants, supporting forecasting and planning, and identifying process improvements. You will collaborate closely with operations finance, plant controlling, and central FP&A teams.

• Analyze financial data from ~22 European production plants
• Prepare financial reports and consolidated P&L bridges
• Support purchasing finance data processing and forecasting
• Assist in annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term plans
• Provide financial analysis and scenario modeling for strategic decisions
• Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting tools
