• Prepare financial analysis on venture performance
• Oversee real estate strategy and construction management
• Manage treasury functions including cash and investments
• Update monthly forecasts and perform variance analysis
• Participate in annual budgeting process for ventures
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting and special assignments
