M&A Finance Integration Lead

Adobe is seeking an experienced M&A Finance Integration Lead to manage the financial integration of acquired companies. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to define and execute integration strategies, ensuring alignment with deal objectives and driving value realization. You will be responsible for planning, decision-making, and process improvement within finance workstreams.

• Lead end-to-end M&A finance integration execution
• Define order-to-cash process integration strategy
• Facilitate executive decision-making and resolve open questions
• Partner with cross-functional teams (GTM, Product, Legal, IT)
• Develop and improve integration playbooks and KPIs
