Manager, Finance GTM

Metropolis is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with their Go-To-Market teams, including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. You will own the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for these departments, ensuring investments align with ROI and growth targets. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with B2B/B2C metrics, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for GTM teams
• Manage P&L, including cohort modeling and Opex/Capex investments
• Model and report on sales commissions and incentive programs
• Partner with Sales Ops & HR on commission plan design
• Liaise between GTM Leadership and Corporate FP&A
• Lead GTM reporting and perform variance analysis
