Brown & Brown is seeking a full-time Financial Analytics Manager to join their leading pharmacy benefit savings and analytics team. You will manage financial aspects of product and service delivery, including RFPs, renewals, and market analysis, while mentoring a team of analysts.
What we are looking for
6- Manage financial aspects of RFP/procurement and market-check processes
- Analyze client pharmacy spend and cost drivers using proprietary tools
- Assist with PBM contract reviews and negotiations
- Develop financial models and reporting for client presentations
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of financial analysts
- 2-4 years' experience in Pharmacy Benefit analytic consulting
