SENIOR ANALYST, FINANCE

Support Walmart US FP&A CoE by providing high-quality financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis. You will partner with US-based finance teams to deliver timely financial outputs, translate data into actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment.

• Support core FP&A cycles including AOP, LRP, forecasts, and month-end close
• Partner with US Finance stakeholders to provide analytical support for business decisions
• Perform variance analysis and develop clear, decision-ready commentary
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting packages
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate FP&A activities
• Own assigned processes and deliverables end-to-end
