Associate Accountant-Center, TX

Support plant accounting and operational finance activities by analyzing production yields, process orders, and variances. This role involves spending time on the production floor to understand operations and build relationships, partnering with various departments to provide insights for business decisions. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required.

• Analyze production yields, process orders, and manufacturing variances
• Review time and attendance records and assist with payroll
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance
• Spend time on the production floor to understand operations
